MY NAME

The name of Francesca gives you a clever, quick, analytical mind, but you suffer with a great deal of self-consciousness, lack of confidence, and much aloneness because of misunderstandings. Your idealistic and sensitive nature gives you a deep appreciation for the finer things of life and a strong desire to be of service to humanity. There are times when you experience inner turbulence at your inability to say what you mean. It is far easier for you to express your deeper thoughts and feelings through writing than verbally. You find pleasure in literature, in poetry, and in your ideals and will turn to them when you feel you have been misunderstood. You are deeply moved by the beauties of life, especially nature.

Welcome back Izumi! I tried to post a comment to your blog but it didn't work! I'll try again tomorrow...I haven't packed up my things yet...Mmmh I can't help it...Why am I so lazy when the weather is hot? I think this is a serious problem...What will happen when I have a job? Well probably the air-conditioning will help me *LOL*
This will probably be the last post for a while. I will not be able to connect to Internet when I'm on holiday in Southern Italy (Tropea, do you know it?)...I'll miss internet so much! But I promised myself I'll try to relax. Living with my brothers and taking care of the house and the grass is really too much for me :)
Anybody....Please, if you write me from July 21st to August 2nd don't send me big attachments (in any case, don't send big attachments to the hotmail.com account, please!).
Tomorrow I will be very busy, I have to pack my bags and find the time for a couple of hours at the seaside with my sister Paola, some shopping downtown with Paola or Maria Chiara and I have to buy Garasu no Kamen n.34 and read it before I leave! I can't really survive if I have to wait for the beginning of August to read it. :)
What else have I done in the last days? I have tried to use my oil colours (Cecilia thanks for your help and advice, I'll try again when I'm back!), I saw a funny movie (the Good Thief with Nick Nolte and Tchéky Karyo) , I chatted a lot by sms and mobile.
On Saturday night I went out with Anna, Elisa and Adelaide.
Nice evening even if there were not many pepole around (where have all the nice boys gone?)...
Well, I'm falling asleep as usual. Doing the housework is much more tiring than one hour in the gym! I'll miss you all my e-friends...but don't worry I'll be back soon :)

I'll be in Calabria (southern Italy) with my sister and parents from une 21st to August 1st. I am not too happy because I will miss some nice events (especially Marco's and Ruben's graduation...I'm so sorry guys!). In the meantime things are going as usual: I'm doing some housework (actually I'm doing even less than necessary), going to the sea with Anna and sometimes Elisa when the weather is decent and going for a walk downtown or somewhere in the Carso with Maria Chiara and Marco.
Boring life? Not at all! Everyday is different, not like when I was a student!
I have to apologise with all the pen pals who are wating for a email from me, especially Maria Cristina who even sent me a sms...Please forgive me! Tomorrow you'll get news from me :)
I've just read 2 cool manga: Orpheus no Mado n.4 and White Waltz n.1 by Chiho Saito....I love Chiho Saito even if she's not as perfect as Suzue Miuchi and Riyoko Ikeda :) And I have this feeling I will love the White Waltz saga very very much!
Oh! I forgot! On Monday 11th there was a big Earthquake in Slovenia, which is next to Trieste. Many people felt the ground moving. My sister at work was very scared because the PC monitor kept trembling for a while. My brother at work also felt this. I DIDN'T! Believe me or not, I was at the University and in my department nothing happened :) Anyway, nothing have been damaged and there have been only 2 victims, 2 mountaineers who were swept away by a landslide.

Shame on me!!!
I am unemlpoyed and I don't find the time to post in my blog more often than once a week *LOL*
I have to say that I've had busy evenings recently! Unluckily, I didn't see all the movies and shorts at the Maremetraggio festival. I just went there on the first 2 days (Monday 3th and Sunday 4th) and yesterday for the prize-giving + special event evening. I'm happy because an Italian movie I saw (and liked) won 2 awards. But obviously the most awards were given to movies and shorts I didn't see :)
I have to say that Maria Chiara and Marco are very nice people. Maria Chiara is mate of mine (Materials Engineering) and Marco her boyfriend (he will graduate in Chemical Engineering on July 22nd or 23rd!). I get to know the girl when we studied for the qualifying examination last June-July. I already knew who she is, but she's 1 year younger than me and we never had a chance to talk very much. They both spent 4 months in Japan working at their degree thesis, and they will get there again for 3 years after the graduation (she will leave in October). I love asking them info about Japan, and they love to talk about it! They made me try some Japanese food also! Well, I'll miss them when they are in Japan, but I hope I'll make them a visit one day :)
I am spending a lot of time with this couple (and friends of them sometimes). Besides the film festival, we like going for a walk in the wood (actually it's not a wood, it's Carso, but who knows what it is?) and we often do.
Oh. I forgot. On Wednesday evening I had a dinner (pizza!) with Elisa, Ljdia, Luisa. A very nice evening, thank you girls!
Finally, I also managed to watch some movies: Love Actually (nice, and there is my beloved Colin Firth!) and Io non ho paura (a masterpiece, congratulations to Gabriele Salvatores! I was really touched).
Ok...that's what I've done in the last evenings...
Needless to say, I spend as many days as possible at the seaside with Anna ;)
I can tell you this because Izumi is on holiday now and he will not read this post and envy me *LOL*

I'm falling asleep...I just wanted to drop a few lines because I missed internet so much last week :)
I've just spent a wonderful day at the sea with Anna, everything was perfect! Not too humid, a shining sun, a wonderful blue sea (not even a jellyfish was noticed!)...I'm happy but too tired. In the second part of the day and evening, I just helped mum a little in the garden (actually it's a jungle not a garden!), spent some time in internet and watched some TV. Oh and I'm reading a cool book: Tokio Blues by Haruki Murakami. I love it and I recommend it to everyone who is not depressed...Too many people commit suicide :(
Well, other busy days are coming: pizza, Japanese food, and of course the film festival!
I just can't believe my mum is leaving for Southern Italy in a few days...Does she want to leave me all alone at home? My brothers work during the day, am I suppose to do the housework? Hahaha this is mission: impossible!
I will do only what is necessary ^_^ This means that I'll have to work hard to tidy up in the days before my father and her come back home *LOL*
Ok, sweet dreams my friends!

Oh...I can't believe it! I survived 7 days without internet...My brother did something to my computer and in the end he had to re-install everything, even the OS. The funny thing is that when the computer crashes and I am using it, it's my fault. But when it happens to my brother, it is because of system instability...Funny huh? I know it's my brother's fault, but on the other hand, he was able to fix the problem, I wouldn't have been. Shame on me. Well, I'm happy I'm online again. Now there are a lot of programs to install, but even if there is not even MS Word yet, we've just installed what is necessary to connect to and surf the net. I'll have the weekend to update fanlistings, write emails and so on.
Anyway, this internet-free week was so hard! LOL! And now I know I am really a hopeless addict! What will I do at the end of the month? I will be on holiday in Southern Italy from July 21st to August 1st, and unless I find a internet cafe I will not be able to check my mail boxes...Well, maybe I will not care about internet when I'm there. I need sunny days and a decent sea. Actually this summer the weather has been quite bad. And the sea! Jellifishes and now mucilages made it quite disgusting. Obviously I can't help having a bathe when I'm there...But I have to was myself very well after that LOL
Anyway, you have to know that the sea in Trieste doesn't have either a sandy nor a rocky beach. It's just concrete, next to a big street. Trieste is not a summer resort, just a city! But, this part of coast is near the city and it can be reached in a short time. Triestini love going to the sea and catching tan, so there are many people spending in this place even their lunch breaks from work! And I hope I'll be able to do that when I have a job!
Well, have to go now. It's Friday morning and I have so much to do!
I've had a lot of little parties and buffets this week, that is a lot of occasions to eat tons of delicious food...Aaah! I don't want to know my weight LOL
This evening, an other dinner with the life-pump class! I can't wait, we'll have pizza! In the weekend, I'll probably eat Japanese food with Maria Chiara and Marco, and/or we'll go to see some movies taking part at the Maremetraggio festival. It must be funny because the movies can be seen for free in a park!
Before I go, I have to send a big kiss to my friends, especially Calitoe (thanks a million for your present!!!!) and Cecilia (grazie per le email e per i commenti, porta pazienza!).
I'll contact you personally as soon as possible.
Oh and by the way Czech Republic you'll always be my #2! I am so sorry for my beloved Pavel...That's life! I will always support you!
