MY NAME

The name of Francesca gives you a clever, quick, analytical mind, but you suffer with a great deal of self-consciousness, lack of confidence, and much aloneness because of misunderstandings. Your idealistic and sensitive nature gives you a deep appreciation for the finer things of life and a strong desire to be of service to humanity. There are times when you experience inner turbulence at your inability to say what you mean. It is far easier for you to express your deeper thoughts and feelings through writing than verbally. You find pleasure in literature, in poetry, and in your ideals and will turn to them when you feel you have been misunderstood. You are deeply moved by the beauties of life, especially nature.

Yes, I have moved out at last.
Not the room of my dream but hopefully what I need to recover from the 6-month difficult flat sharing. Ania and Miesko moved out too, in the same day, and they gave me a lift. Lovely lovely friends. ♥

I unpacked everything yesterday, and since the weather was awful during the whole weekend, I spent the day at home lazying around, doing the laundry, buying a lot of food as usual, and eating of course.
Photos of the room? Check Facebook or write me an email :)
I just hope to have a quiet life for a while. Let's see what happens when landlady prepares the contract. Wish me good luck!

One wonderful thing that happened earlier in the evening. I found in a Lidl store the Kinder Chocolate I used to love when I was a child. Exactly the same package, only written in an other language. I am not sure the photoshopped child is the same though. If so, he could probably be my grandfather now :p
Anyway, I felt nostalgic and now I have one more treat in my cupboard :p

March 8th - International Women's Day
The most pathetic day of the year...
Luckily the Britons seem not to know anything about it.
Anyway, my flatmates are not from the UK and then I received a box of delicious chocolates from one of them on Saturday morning :)
I ate 2 immediately, then I had a brilliant idea and I brought them with me to the college for the Saturday a.m. class. I shared them with all the ladies and the teacher (the only bloke there!). It was really nice to share them. Sometimes ladies don't need much to be happy :)
You can see in this photo what my present looked like, before being attacked :)

Breaking news!
Moving out next week!

Yesterday I was so frustrated. Finding a house in London is much harder than finding a job. It's unbelievable! Even sharing a flat is so expensive, and still if you are not quick the room you were interested in is gone already!

I started thinking about my good Kitty and her theory about Mr. Right Per$on. Maybe she is right. After all, even Elizabeth Bennett decided to fall in love with Darcy only after seeing his breathtaking house in Pemberley...
Just kidding.

Anyway...
Finally. I took a decision!!! :)

I must say that the fact that Ania and Miesko announced they will move out next week strongly influenced my resolution. Even if most of the time I have behaved horribly to them (I am in contant PMS mode!!!) I feel so sad they are going so far away.
I knew from the beginning they wanted to move out of London, and I am happy they didn't go to Newcastle which is far far far away, still now that it's time I feel it can't be true!
On the other hand, I wanted to move out as well, and I am excited about this change.
Also, my friends need to think about the new member of the family who will join them in some months (I cannot wait! I might consider being an au pair again LOL).
Waah! So many opposite feelings together. I am definitely confused :)

Enough rambling. The fact is, next weekend I will move to an other house.
Not far from where I live. I will share with a young couple (owners) and an other girl. The room is beautiful, the place slightly nearer to Golders Green (my obsession) and I think the landlady is nice :)
I will pay double what I pay now but if my health gets better it's worth while!

I hope we'll have lunch out together before or soon after we move out, Ania Miesko and I. And that we'll keep in touch always! Miss you already my friends!!! Thanks for being so incredibly patient with me!

It's situated between Hendon, where I currently live (*sigh*) and the beautiful Golders Green, where I would really love to move to sooner or later (better if sooner).

An Italian restaurant, with the most wonderful of names :)

One day I have to try it.
