Davidt Rassen
An 8th year cello student, Davidt is the
first to understand that Julius is a woman and to fall in love
with her. Rejected, he becomes nonetheless her best friend and
Julius opens her heart more to him than to Isaac. After Julius'
leave for Russia, Davidt becomes a good friend for Isaac too.
Elegant (almost a dandy), intelligent, light-hearted but of deep
feelings, Davidt functions sometimes as the conscience of the
story, speaking as the voice of reason and as a moment of
reflection. Undoubtedly one of the best characters of the
manga.
